Search and rescue camera
The
SearchProbe camera has been designed as part of a Search and Rescue package
which enables fire fighters and emergency services the ability to view
inaccessible objects using this small screen.
The camera has
an annular ring of light diodes, which act as small lamps. These enable the
camera to see in complete darkness. A focus-free lens gives sharp pictures
from objects as close as 10mm to infinity, so that there are no user
adjustments.
SearchProbe is supplied with a 3m lead as standard. Extensions are
available for viewing into shafts, wells etc. A 6m carbon fibre telescopic
pole with a flexible end is also availible for searching roof voids,
gutters, trees etc.
To use the
SearchProbe camera, simply plug it in to the Britannia DMP, demountable
monitor pack, or the TeleCase. Both units have a built in battery pack and
TV monitor. The DMP is a smaller hand held 6in system with a clip on
microwave link option, whilst the TeleCase features a 10in screen and built
-in VCR. The TeleCase also acts as a microwave receiver for pictures
transmitted by the Britannia Helmet Cameras, RumbleScopes or DMP
transmitter.
